JIM AND PAM! JIM AND PAM IN THAT FIRST STAGE OF LOVE WHERE THEY BEAM AT EACH OTHER, AND MAKE EACH OTHER BLUSH WITH HAPPINESS, AND LOVE EVERY LITTLE BOYFRIEND GIRLFRIEND MOMENT THAT HAPPENS TO THEM, AND SPEND HOURS UPON HOURS TOGETHER IN BED.
I'm experiencing a strange and overwhelming sense of fulfillment and contentment right now.
AND I CANNOT WAIT TO WATCH EVERYONE ELSE FIND OUT (And to catch them heatedly making out when they think no one is watching). Michael is going to cry. Michael is going to be so happy it will make him cry (he will also take full credit, I'm sure). Kelly may also cry. Dwight will be cautiously skeptical.
I hope they play it down like this for the whole season. I hope we get to watch something really amazing develop just off-center. I wants lots of tiny little downs and a million monumental ups that all build something genuine and satisfying and, when all is said and done, happy. I know happiness isn't considered entertaining, but maybe that's just because everyone else was doing it wrong. Anything less than the end result of happiness for these two is from here on out unacceptable.
