Throwing this out here to the general population, and if you can, provide an answer please be generous and don't hold back on your thoughts:

At what point should someone quit their job?

I ask this because I'm currently in the midst of deciding whether or not to quit one of my jobs and I'd like to hear non-biased reasons for leaving a job.

Two v. important things:
1. I can afford rent this summer, because I have gotten a new job! It pays $8.50/hr. and I get a raise of .50 every six months. Part of my job entails that I run around to all of the libraries on campus.  The one that I visit the second most, Steenbock, has the most incompetent library staff I've ever seen in my entire damn life. I say this because I don't have their job, but I could've told them how to do it themselves--and more importantly, I WAS RIGHT!
