I've such sympathy for Bela with the callback to her history here. It's true, she would have prayed for rescue and instead she received a demon ready to free her, for a heavy price. Lovely intro with these two.

Kate - Gen - Dean is a dick

Kate is happy to be alive. She’s happier that Adam is alive as well. Being bought back to life at the expense of her son wouldn’t have been a deal Kate would ever have happily made. She would have gone to the ends of the earth to get him back but luckily enough the powers of Heaven had seen fit to bring them both back together

Kate feels her heart melt a little bit but she tries to remain firm. She’s tired of patching up Mary after whatever stupid thing Mary’s done this time to get her hurt. Mary’s running out of sensible excuses for why she keeps coming in with cuts and bruises and broken ribs
