Snow Storm Day 6/Christmas Eve
So now the snow has been here for six days and it looks like it's going to be sticking around. Another storm system is supposed to move in tonight and we'll have even more snow tomorrow. Yay. Gladly, it let up enough yesterday that the highways and airport were reopened. This meant that my grandparents, who were flying back from Vegas last Saturday, were finally able to come in, as was my uncle who drives for UPS and was stuck in Idaho. I'm glad they're all going to be able to make it for Christmas.
On that note, I finally got my family's Christmas presents wrapped. I'm really glad tomorrow is Christmas, even if it's scant this year. I love just the feeling of love and giving that this holiday exudes. Plus I really do love getting together with my mom's family for the holidays. And it gives me a reprieve from saying inside all day. Tonight we're going the church for Christmas Eve Service, the first time I've been out f the house since Sunday night.
