Grades and Volunteering
I got my grades from the last quarter today. I got two A's, two A-'s and a pass in my T'ai Chi class! I cheer because I thought that my art class and my American Lit. class were going to be B's. But no, I managed to scrape up an A- in both. Praise be to half-hearted cramming, extra credit quizzes, and finals.
I also started my first week of volunteering today. I'm volunteering for my Culmination Project (yes, it does need capital letters) hours at the library. The funny thing is, almost, if not all, of the people there are volunteering because of court ordered community service. Oh well, they're not too bad to work with and the atmosphere down in the bowels of the library is still fairly light-hearted. They made me laugh a bit and they don't really mock me because I'm only there for school. It could be a fun couple of weeks.
