Time Change
I detest the time change with the very core of my being. I detest it even more now that His Royal Ineptitude, King of the Bible Thumpers (aka G. W. Bush) has declared that Canada must follow his country's lead and do it a month earlier and keep it going a month later. ARGH!
I hate this. I feel wrong the whole time. I am not hungry at mealtime, I can't sleep at bedtime, I can't get up in the morning. I HATE THIS CRAP!
And lets face it folks, we all use power all day whether it is light out when we rise or light out in the evening. I seriously doubt that anyone changes their power consumption because we all agree to move our clocks ahead.
I can just imagine all those video game addicted teens looking up from their latest version of first person shooter game X and saying, "Hey look, it's still light out, lets stop this addictive dopamine feast and go play outside."
More likely it would be something like, "Mo-o-o-m, come close the curtains I can't see the screen and I'm almost to the next level."
