Update on the creepy guy...
How is it possible that someone you have not thought about in 4 years, and barely thought about even then, can hate you so much and unload so much venom for apparently no reason at all?
I knew about Matt's employment history, so I told Bill not to let him come (sexually inappropriate behaviour towards teenage campers). But we all know what Bill was like. Anyway when Bill left, I called Matt and told him it was not appropriate for him to come. He practically cried on the phone and told me that I would personally be responsible for holding up his graduation for a year. So I let him come. He proudly tells me in another email that it was a lie, and his graduation would not have been delayed, but rather he coasted by and got easy credit towards med school. So he is apparently quite proud of being a liar, and lazy.
In any event, Greg just wrote to him and told him to sod off, but quite politely, because that is Greg. He wrote back, calling me a c%&t. Yes that's correct. He also said that I was after Bill's job and I overthrew him (?)AND wishing cancer upon me. So apparently Bill completely sucking at his job for a whole year and getting busted breaking the alcohol policy had nothing to do with him leaving. What the hell? I have now blocked his email address but somehow don't feel like that is enough.
I'm secure enough in who I am and what I do, that I certainly don't need his validation. I just don't understand where this is coming from. If it was someone I fired, or didn't hire back I would get it.
