been so incredibly busy...
Well.. it's been odd.. And incredibly busy...
Was at the state theatre almost everyday doing different things- and then Musikfest came and went. I volunteered everyday, and it was the most amazing time ever. It was SO hot, literally went well above 100 degrees, which sucked- but the people were still great, and I certainly was upset when it was over. I really bonded with the craft coordinator- Dawn. I miss her greatly, but oh well.. people come in and out of our lives.... so quickly.. We had some great conversations.. and my photography boys adored me, why? Im not sure- but we had a great time as well... Musikfest was just amazing.. I wouldnt trade it for anything in the world...

And so I got home from musikfest sunday night well after midnight.. i blame that on that asshole cop who made ME take care of a situation with a mentally disabled person and her medical problems.. duh.. who am i?? A VOLUNTEER.. not a cop.. not an EMT.. duh, he's stupid..And then band camp started. 9-3 everyday until the 26th... Its been alright- new director, i wont even bother going there.. but I think the show has A LOT of potential.. hell, its LES MISERABLES! I was falttered today- they were doing nominations for band officer positions.. sooo many kids tried nominating me, but I had to explain I dont attend pen argyl school district so i couldnt do that..it was nice the new kids i dont really know had nominated me and such...And, so.. Im ALSO at the state theatre everynight for Menopause the Musical (which is HILARIOUS).. And Ive had some good times with the people there as well.. minus my therapist being there with me.. a, duh- i hate when we end up working together.. but oh well.. I thought I was getting away with all this- I hadnt seen her for 4 weeks now- but.. Now i have an appt for tomorrow.. in which I dont know how I'll get there in time.. band camp till 3.. appt with her at 4.. and then state theatre by 6.. and i have to be showered.. or at least looking and smelling nice and representable... I dont know- but Im entiraly too busy.. Non-stop right now.. I got a bad start due to getting home so late from musikfest.. and now its just go go go.. I got hired at the dollar tree in nazareth- they havent called me yet about when i'll start(they said they would call ME)- and that was over a week ago... maybe i'll have to call them... I really love being at the state theatre- im definitely the youngest volunteer- everyones late 30's and way up there.... they are all great.. and make me smile.. so here are some bad boys with the red hats.. (we were making 'fun' of the red hat society and they made vic a hat) and then our mean big bad security guard guy wore another hat as well, just as john did... they're fun...
