A very HAPPY THANKSGIVING to my Canadian friends!
May we all be truly thankful for the good that has come into our lives.
I have mixed feelings about it being Columbus Day. The little bit of me that is Cherokee chafes against the notion of celebrating the vanguard of European colonization, but the rest of me would have liked to have the day off. =)
