Is it just me or did the show completely validate all Sam/Dean fanfics out there when Ash said (and I rephrase) that soul mates can share a piece of heaven together... Logically, I understand that soul mates can represent many relationships but in popular culture this term represents an emotional, social and physical relationship between two people. So thanks Kripke for the thumbs up to slash!

Over all, I loved this episode - I loved how they showed that Sam’s fondest memories were without Dean (i.e. the two week he ran away or the night he left Stamford). It clearly shows how one situation can equate too many different interpretations. My heart broke for both boys. Much better than last weeks episode.
