Just a quick update, Shia is having another surgery on Tuesday to put a port in for his chemo treatments, and then his first chemo treatment. Surgery is at 915am.

I finally got everything in writing today and this is the kind of tumor they say Shia has.

It helped to read up a little bit on it.

So, today was Shia's Neurosurgeon appointment, and we got to look at a lot of the scans today in the office. The tumor is actually growing through his skull and pressing on his brain (just a teeny tiny bit), so part of his skull will have to be removed for the surgery, but it was like 1.8 centimeters, so they won't have to replace anything when ( Read more... )

Eowynn and I were hanging out on the couch tonight having conversations, and she started pointing and touching my tattoo above my heart. The tattoo is a heart, and she said something that sounded like “mommy’s got a mess” while pointing at it. Here’s how the convo went.

I know i was just excited to be out to dinner with Josh without the kids and for a while night to just hang out with each other.      so today was my first day doing my new job of working in the office at my childcare center. I didn’t expect it to go smoothly, and it didn’t, but I still had a great time. I actually loved it! here is my day in a list.
