Is it really supposed to feel like anything?
Now that it is getting closer to Christmas/my birthday... I dont feel the same "holiday cheer" that is expected. My question is... Was there ever a holiday cheer? During childhood, excitement is built up... but for what? Presents. Not for Christmas...
So thinking or saying, "It doesnt feel like Christmas" isnt exactly correct... it is more like... "I dont feel the excitement for the presents."
Wow. While writing this... I got this, "Im so excited for Christmas" feeling.
Doesnt that contradict what I just wrote above. Who knows.
Tomorrow is Christmas Eve.... spent with my dad's side of the family. They are the snob side... they try to put off the, "Im better than you" feeling... but you know what... they are all screwed up! When you really think about what they have done... they are not 1/4 "better" than my moms side...the fun side.
ACTUALLY. Im better than them. oooo *evil laugh* Maybe I really do fit into dads side now that I say that... but I am better. I swear :)
