Another good day
Today's another one for the "good day" column. Pretty happy about that. Didn't accomplish much besides reading lj and blogs, but that was enjoyable, so I'm not gonna' knock it. Only had one serious back pain episode around the end of lunch time, but hanging out on the back step in the sunshine with the fur babies loosened it back up. Didn't walk during the day, but already talked to Tom about taking one tonight. After-dinner walks are always so peaceful. Looking forward to it. Gonna' go fix dinner now - that may cause back issues again, but I'm gonna' take it slow and steady. All in all, it's been a good day. Yay. :)
