BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES!
The weather is INSANE. We're getting hurricane force winds, the fastest recorded in Stirling of just over 100pm :S I had to take stuff to the cupboard that is outside our shop in work today and I nearly got blown away. Not to mention the leaves that ended up in our stairwell! When I was on my break I could feel the walls shaking. I've never felt that in the shop before cus we're part of a mall. Trees have been uprooted everywhere. I've never seen trees like that before. Well I've seen a tree like that that had obviously been lying for years, but not fresh ones :p
There are a few places without power. Including my grandparents house. I don't know if Rosie, Laura and Al are okay electricity-wise cus they're down in the same village as my gran and granda. When I am up in my bedroom I can feel the house shaking. To top it all off my wireless isn't working so I'm hijacking my dad's comp.
I going perhaps going to go to Glasgow tomorrow to go to the cinema, but the trains have been off for a few hours now so who knows if I'll be able to get up! I wanna see Thor and Pirates 4 though :(
I was happy for Martin Freeman winning Best Supporting Actor and Sherlock for getting Best Drama Series last night! :D Its making me all the more excited for the new episodes! Which is weird cus I barely watch any UK TV. But its Sherlock Holmes. I am sold from even the mention of that name :D I need to dig out my dad's books and give them a go again. I can't actually remember which ones I read back in my youth :p
Earlier I succeeded in completely depressing myself. I thought how I'd need to remember and download Hawaii Five-0 in the morning even if I head to Glasgow. BUT NO MY BABIES ARE GONE FOR THE SUMMER D: I must be off to make myself some food. It'll probs just be a bagel or something.
