yesterday beckx! and i spent the afternoon looking at stray dogs in kennels and then i took tonka to the park where she ran in happy circles until she collided with an automatic sprinkler that didn't retract. she yelped and then sat at my feet and cried and it was the saddest thing ever. she is okay now though.
i also had rugby, where i get yelled at a lot but i'm getting much more fit and am (secretly) hoping for most improved player this season. i think i can do it, it's easier when i know where i'm supposed to be. i'm in a lot of pain today though.
tonka and i got up very early this morning for an expensive vet visit and now we are at grammy's waiting for her to get back from helping my grandma, who is very sick. tonka is asleep in my lap and i am in love with her for that.
i have to get my car checked and then go to a job interview at the bank, and then i finally get to relax and spend some real time with my favorite lady for the first time in a few days.
lately all i want to eat is ice cream and soup.
