I've assigned myself the mission of listening to as many musicals this summer as I possibly can. Musicals that I've always wanted to immerse myself in but haven't had the time. I will faithfully report on this as it continues.

I have links to download the PBS broadcast of Light in the Piazza, if you want it. It was broadcast Live from Lincoln Center and it was only shown once and wasn't released on DVD.

Try the original Sweeney. Angela Lansbury FTW

And having read the script for Piazza, I can tell you, it isn't really that bad, but there are parts of it solely in Italian (though it's intentionally designed not to be understood)
