Re-scheduling the final migration phase and the implementation is looking like a d00m march.
Messiah Marcolin doom mosh style for either proposed approach, both complete in a weekend:
A. One processor a day starting with an early shift on Saturday and one EARLY Sunday.
This breaks the group into two teams of two senior people and a junior member but one team might have to spell another.
Doubt the tag team repetition is needed. Risky with the back-out being Sunday day -Monday is a business day.
B. Early start on Saturday -one processor at a time. 12-14 hour day.
Works best manpower-wise as another crew can finish the remaining work after one crew works 8 hours.
The business units need to approve the date. If it's this weekend, my cush trip to Dixie is canceled.
Not sure if I'll know tomorrow or by end of day Wednesday.
