What you promise gets whittled down versus the intended. Sure, there's the extra mile but I know the difference
between that and a death march.
Given the duties these past two weeks and people being out, I'm going to limit progress to what I can
comfortably accomplish. No more 12-15 hour crunch time days. Since we have no real job candidates
for our “senior” position or the temp spots, I'm going to opt out and not get to the finish line.
Three weeks of no free weekends and drudge weekdays do that.
There's time -tomorrow/Thursday with the quiet of home, I might get the work done. I sure as hell
can't accomplish it in the office with all the drama and uncertain/disorganized parasites around.
I know what the sadistic side of me wants to do...[5yr plan into account]
Re-freshed Desecration
Pool won -by lunchtime, Breckenbrew was punchdrunk. He thought I was going to be out Thurs/Fri this week,
mixing up my vacation next week, of which -Mon-Wed are comp days due to weekend coverage that I couldn't take
while he was out. FYI- During his interview, he failed my question on organizing. No surprise about today.
Nothing is paused because of the unknowns so presently, the storage migration plods forth
and the Pterosaurs continue to circle...until I fuck shit up.
