One phone call from the On-call at 0310 but no matter as I woke earlier and was reading till I fell back asleep.
If Ksam paid attention the box calling home wasn't an issue since it's empty/isolated for de-installation Saturday.
Now That the Oven is Pre-heated
10 hours remain as “acting manager”; tomorrow Breckenbrew comes back to an enlarged mess.
Some machines didn't get a memory upgrade months back, forcing big test cancellations in Dixie today.
No telling why the upgrades didn't happen but luckily, it wasn't my project.
I suspect he'll begin drinking at lunch with visits to his car for “breaks” the remainder of the workday.
Not Out of it Yet
I'm on-call the rest of the week -going into the office tomorrow as a courtesy to debrief Breckenbrew
but plan on leaving around 2ish to begin working from home -away from the drama factory.
