Enjoying the breathing room while the storage group get's cookin' with the first pair of boxes -about 210TB.
Next up is six boxes -two in Dtown, four in Dixie [two are replication targets, two are local use].
Once turned over, that should keep them really busy.
I'm finding efficiency improvements here and there but it's going to take the third round before I can get momentum
because of de-installations. Not a big deal but all involved have to go through the motions.
Flogging Fresh Flesh
Our former intern, Birk, graduated college and starts in two weeks. Age 24 with no experience.
Breckenbrew is working HR to line-up temps. More padding than cannon fodder for the rotation as neither party
will be able to do much -unless we get lucky with one of the temps. It'll probably be two months before
more bees are added to the hive.
Nothing is paused because of the unknowns so presently, the storage migration plods forth
and the Pterosaurs continue to circle...
