Here's the best example of what I'm dealing with -I discovered this today while reviewing their progress of jumper cable
plugging into the first switch patch panel.
Notice the cables that go “up”? They block this patch panel's face from dropping down like a draw bridge to service/install
the fiber trunks that they put in a week or two ago. When all the external cables go down in line with the couplers [blue thingies],
you can drop the panel face and do work without taking an outage and re-cabling.
