The Leisurely Pace Begins
I slept late, lounged on the couch and did the bare minimum. This is a "staycation" without the usual vacation escape but will serve to mainly get my mind off of work and re-focus on personal pursuits. The machines tend to get in your brain and prohibit thought outside of their service. Think of a really, really needy cat. Beer is the anti-venom.
Upon missing out on some investment opportunities in 2Q09, I'm reading up on finance and getting more organized for investing. I've always been good with money but this job divides my attention, slowing my response or realization to shift capital. Additional organization will be a framework for checking/evaluating and acting upon information.
