After four months back in a REAL gym, I’m now seeing positive gains as I’m almost back at strength levels that I had when I was in my mid 20’s. I weigh 175lbs and believe I’ll end up at 185lbs if I can squat double my bodyweight [max 275 at moment]. I’m 5’10” for reference.
Nagging-ly on the horizon, there’s been one thing that loomed almost dread-like and it hit today.

You’d think it was the occasional hideous person without shame. Nope. Its just flesh and I don’t freak on nudity but DUDE…use a towel before you sit on things and wear flip-flops. Sorry ladies, these offenders aren’t Adonis’ destined to be on your dream calendar anytime soon.
This Ugliness Goes to Eleven
Today, while readying for battle, I heard the most off-key singing imaginable as someone went through the locker room. This was vile caterwauling that sent me looking for matches and gasoline as if the dowry check bounced. For the record, I can actually hear the high pitches used to scare teenagers away from convenience stores.
It ended quickly but I am now plotting a bear mace intervention at the next occurrence.
