So a lot has happened lately. And I'll tell those tales.
Yesterday morning I had my wisdom teeth out and I've been on the couch ever since. It kind of sucks. I was awake for the whole surgery and it was gross to hear my teeth cracking and blood spewing on my face. I'm uncomfortable but not in pain. Hopefully I'll be ship shape soon enough. All I've eaten for the past few days is yogurt and pudding, haha. I guess that's a way to start a diet.
Last night I shaved my balls it was SWEEEEET.
I don't know when it was, but Dustin had a berut party at his house and it was the most amazing thing ever. I love soda berut more than anything in the world, and me and Dustin tool on everyone when we play. I love that kid. We of course won the tournament held that night.
Brianna is coming home VERY soon and im VERY excited. I miss her so so much and I'm so glad we're on talking terms again. She's been such a big part of my life and it hurts to not have her there anymore.
Me and Matt decided that as a band, The Critic would not be working out in the near future. So sadly, we are breaking up. August 11th will be our last show ever at the Totally Awesome Fest held in New Hampshire. Here's the flyer:
We're hopefully playing all of our material and it will be a really amazing time. I'm hoping that anyone that has ever liked, listened, or been to one of our shows (or even has never seen us) will come out. This band has been one of the most important things of my life in the past year (august2003-august2004) and I want to end it with a bang. Our former drummer Derrick will be filling in for the last show, which we are DEFINITELY excited for. He's such a great kid and will go on to do great things, I know, as well as Matt. Hopefully, we will be recording our 3 newer songs that we never recorded and possibly putting them on splits or just releasing them on cd-r's or something. Who knows. Matt, Derrick, and Tuck have all been one of my closest friends in the past year through this band and I can't thank them enough for being involved in this with me. As a band we've met SO many friends and had so many experiences, both good and bad. I can't even believe I got to experience something this awesome in my life at such a young age. I'm more than happy about what I've accomplished in The Critic and have no regrets about anything that happened.
All in all, come to this show. If not for us, then for ALL of the other AMAZING bands that are playing this. This is seriously one of, if not THE best show New Hampshire has ever held and every band listed is extremely talented. A lot of out of state bands are playing this so COME SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!!! It's cheap for the amount of bands and you'll be helping pay them to move on to the next show they're playing.
