(no subject)
so...its been a while eh. there was a time in my life where i thought i would never be able to go that long without writing in here. things have been busy, but at the same time fairly stagnant; if that makes any sense. Ive been looking for a job...still. given up on bartending for now. i told people i would work for free and they said no...thats not a joke. now ive sold my soul and applied to retail places once again. hopefully j. crew will or polo will come through in the clutch.
i started fgcu classes. it sucks. im taking marketing monday and wednesday nights from 6:30-9:55.....9:55? are you serious? fucking greeeaaat. and since fgcu is the devil, i wasnt even able to make it to my 1st class, so now im 1 class behind with a test over 5 or 6 chapters on wednesday.
ive been out fishing. i caught an amberjack and a triple tail this summer and theyre both a first. im always happy when i catch a kind of fish ive never caught before. the amberjack was a really nice size and a keeper so we got to eat him. it was really good too.
i got a semi-job at the omni. im a sub for group fitness classes. I insruct my first class on Tuesday night. kickboxing from 6:00-6:45 i think... i should probably look into that. ive never taught kickboxing before, so the class very well may suck. i intend on mixing in my boot camp stuff with it. for some reason i know its going to be wierd instructing to people i know while im in fort myers, but its not when im in pensacola...i dont know why that is. i guess its because people know me for that up there, but people wouldnt know me for that here.
even over the summer sigma chi omega stuff is going good. i just found out that one of our alumni donated $100,000 to UWFs college of business. that cant hurt our mission too much. i am really excited about it. Im having lunch monday with one of the older alumni who helped me so much with everything.
