Beefstick: Serious Business!

Is this thing on? LOL!
Figured I'd ask since I haven't posted since almost before the great Orange Julius/Dairy Queen merger at Northgate Mall was formed.
Anysandwich, I've been pulling my life back together since you last heard from me, and have been working on getting out of my shell and meeting new people and what not.
One of the steps I took was to join one of those "communities" I hear so much about on Livejournal. I figured "I live in Seattle, why not see if other people do too!". Well, they do apparently, and they are very rude. I simply asked for some help with acquiring moving boxes, and even explained that I didn't have the time to pick them up, and what do I get? That's right, nothing but sarcasm and/or suggestions for me to PICK THEM UP. So, right off the bat, two things are clear to me: Seattle members don't listen, and they are big fat meanies on the internets.
What I didn't expect was to discover a third revelation about these people: They have no sense of humor!! Mmmmm, I could really go for a Good Humor bar right now.....................
Where was I? Oh yeah! Apparently, they thought my post was a "joke" and they deleted it! If you can wrap your Mounds bar around that, get ready for this: When I made another post asking where my original post went, they deleted that one too!! You know, generally speaking, if you think something is a joke or funny, you don't banish it from the light so that nobody else may see. Am I right or am I hungry? LOL!
Anyways, since I can't get any help from those people, and in recognition of the serious nature of Livejournal, I have started my OWN commmunity:
seattle_serious
We'll see who knows where moving boxes can be obtained now I bet! LOL!
Anyway, that's not the only thing that's been going on with the ol' Stick, and you can bet I've got some new and exciting snacking news and ideas for you all. Stayed tuned. LOL!
