Carrabas.. Friendly's
So I got a job at Carrabas after going to 4 interviews and taking a test on the menu like 2/3 times. Come to find out, I'm only making 6.75$/hr. as a hostess. Every other resturaunt around the area starts of their hostesses at 8$/hr. We don't get any part of the waitresses tips, every other resturaunt around us does.
So, I'm basically at a pretty shitty job. Even as a waitress there- not too much money. They share tips, and only make about 50$ a night. Now say at Friendly's.. you keep your own tips and you take in about 200$ a night (so I hear). Which sounds about right seeing as at Carrabas you have 3 tables you take care of the whole night and they tend to just hang out for a while. Now at Friendly's you probably get about 8 tables and they go in out a lot faster. So that means more family's.
So that made me think- What am I doing at Carraba's making 6.75$ when I could be working at Friendly's.. making lots more? So I'm going to try getting a job there. I mean yeah I know it's Friendly's and thats like "not cool" but I really don't give a shit. Only problem.. which one? There's one right here in Fagawam, one in Westfield, West Springfield, and Holyoke (Rt.5). I don't know.. maybe I'll end up applying at all of them.. see who wants me.

If I get this job then I can get everything settled with money. I have a ticket thats 300$ (due May 18th) I need to pay and then another for 100$ (due May 24th). Once thats all taken care of I can start saving up and maybe get an apt. Blah.
This is scary. Going to a new job.. Again.
