Well, as promised here's the ad for IAG hiring for claims consultants. I've tried to bold the areas that should be stressed for resume beefing, because I know what they're looking for. All I can really add is that IAG is a great company to work for, and good luck. See me if you need assistance beefing up and tailoring your resume to meet IAG's

You haven't wasted my time at all, beleive me. I'm happy to take the time to help.

And as far as it goes, put in an application. Even if you don't get it, what have you really lost? Regarding skills, all I'm saying is emphasise people skills wherever you can, and that's good. From what I understand you have lots of people and volunteering skills, that's good! Work with that.

I'm really edgy and quiet in "real life" though.

Plus I don't want to waste the company's time either - kinda scary and daunting.

There's no such thing as wasting HR's time. Beleive me, I sit outside her office. She spends most of her time doing not much at all. :P
