Our national networks of Claims & Assessing centres provide effective help to our customers when they need us most. Equipped with the latest technology and leading edge operating models, our experienced and dedicated staff are there to deliver a consistent, quality customer experience.
We have several vacant roles where you can utilise your claims or telephone customer service experience by being responsible for processing and settling customers’ claims, delivering good customer experience whilst controlling claims costs.
The main focus of this position is communicating with our customers whilst ensuring claims are evaluated, processed and settled in accordance with policy, procedures and guidelines. Working in a busy environment you will process all claims payments appropriately and promptly, maintain detailed records, resolving issues and correspondence enabling you to achieve organizational goals and targets.
Reporting to a Team Manager you will have highly developed customer service and decision making skills and outstanding negotiation and communication abilities. Experience in claims or customer service environment is essential. The successful applicant can multi task, effectively priorities and have clear comprehension of the insurance policies and how they are applied.
