Like everyone else seems to be saying, I can’t believe it’s September. Well, hello fall! I love you. Spring and fall are by far my favorite seasons.

we saw rent and we were in the last row! :) I didn't love it either.. thought it was LOUD and was glad I was in the last row ;)

I never let sick or vacation days go to waste. :)

Rent was LOUD. I heard so much good stuff about it from people my age that I was very excited but having seen it now I'm not sure what all the fuss was about. Two girls behind us were saying how they had seen it 5 times and at the intermision (sp?) Fred asked me if there was something he was missing because he would never see it that many times. I'm happy I saw it but won't be going back.

I still have 11 or 12 vacation days to use up once I get back to work on 11/7 :)

I think there are the people who see Rent a million times and then the people who go once and think its ok and thats it! don't know why some go see it that many times. Guess I am missing something. Its coming out in a movie soon - probably around the holidays. I doubt I will go to see it

Gail Watson cakes are SO good.

What would life be without taking "special days" off. My business partner recently told me her husband has not called in sick in YEARS. I was then telling my husband and we were both giving an evil laugh saying how unimpressed we were. Who are these people? I know some companies pay you if you don't use them and I have done that but if I don't get anything in return you better believe I'm going to use a few. Though yesterday we both used vacation days... saving the sick day for another occassion. :)
