i don't know if i feel really excited about this primary season for the democrats or sick of it-- i'm so interested in the whole process that i'm turning myself off from it. if the convention comes around in august and there isn't a nominee that will be the first time that has happened since 1952! i mean, this is such an excellent time to be interested in this stuff since so much is going on-- but i'm surrounded by republicans or people who don't care, are disillusioned, etc and it's wearing on my excitement for everything that is happening

i really just need something to care about-- now that i am out of school i don't need to use my mind in the same ways anymore-- i'm yearning for something.
