Lunch, 12:30 pm
2 oz cheddar cheese
12 little crackers (Sociables)
2 carrots, cut into sticks
3 mini almond Snickers
20 oz bottle of water
Snack, 4:00 pm
1 large skim-milk latte
1 cranberry-pecan scone
Dinner, 9:00 pm
1 "crunchwrap supreme" from Taco Bell
1 soft beef taco
large raspberry iced tea, sweetened
