The Hard Stuff
- CT scan. Oh Lord, the CT scan. Ignoring the disgusting contrast I had to drink down, the injected contrast burned going into my body. This is the first time in a long time when going to the doctor's hurt.
- The commute to and from my current branch.
- Clawing my way out of depression in order to keep writing. Stress almost inevitably triggers a nosedive on my mood, which kills my creativity. Putting in those one hundred words a day on a project felt herculean.
The Good Stuff
- It's probably not cancer.
- Next week, my branch is much closer to home! Also in the opposite direction, so I won't be driving into the sun when I go to work.
- DotM3 has only about four or five (longish) scenes left to write. I might actually finish it this month.
- I'm going out to a jewelry show this weekend, as well as starting to read Changes.
