Toph punches him in the head. "Idiot. We're not playing a game."
"You're not playing a game." Sokka turns his attention back to her, so Toph doesn't have to hit him again. "I, however, am playing an ancient, traditional Water Tribe game. Which involves forgetting you're playing the game. So if you remember, you've lost the game and you have to tell everyone around you."
It must be because he grew up in all that ice, but Sokka is clearly deeply crazy.

Zuko looks at her, expression lost and body-language all wrong in that green robe. "Yes," he repeats, "We've won."
It passes through Azula's mind that perhaps she broke Zuko by leading him against Uncle Iroh.
This will not do.
She takes him by the hand and leads him up to the Earth King's throne room. The Dai Li, she dismisses. Mai and Ty Lee, she sends away. Zuko's hand in hers feels dead, and she squeezes it often to make sure he hasn't accidentally died on her.
It would be a shame if he had. There are so many games she still wants to play with him.
Games which will be no fun whatsoever if all he does is stare at her like she's not really there.
She pulls him up on the throne with her, pressing his hands to her hip and shoulder, and he looks startled as she reaches up to grip him by the chin.
"What are you-?" He starts to ask, but he's so confused, he just trails off, staring at her.
Azula smiles and hooks one leg over his. "Kiss me like I'm herShe doesn't ( ... )

The fact that Azula doesn't know and doesn't care makes this Zucest that much darker I think. It's an odd piece, I'd almost SWEAR that Azula's trying to help, albeit for her own selfish reasons.
dammit now I wanna know who 'her' is...

Sokka is already awake and kind of wishing Katara had said that earlier.
"Careful, careful- Oh, Aang."
"Ssssssh, don't move too much, Toph might hear."
Toph has heard the last three times, and she wishes Katara and Aang would have Suki and Sokka's decency to not even care because hell if she wants her name getting mixed up in their sex.
"Oh, Katara, Katara, Katara...!"
"Don't light up, you'll wake Zuko!"
Zuko has discovered the joys of firebender-related insomnia (he can feel the stars, and they're like very very tiny fires far away), and he's pretty sure Aang is too young for this.
