Long run, take 2

Second try at this week's long run.  First half mile was a little rough, then I hit my stride and was feeling good until mile 2.5 when I got a big cramp.  I was determined, though, so I finished up the 3rd mile.  Good news--not only did I run the whole thing (I've never run 3 miles in my life!  Even in 5ks I've had to walk at least a small stretch), but I ALSO hit another personal best time!  Beat last week's best pace by 1 second.  :)

This week's training will look the same as last week.  After that I bump up my long run by a mile.  Eeee!
