bored. be warned.
i am so amaaaaaazingly bored!
almost to the point of actually being convinced that it is a good idea to go do something constructive. like practice clarinet or clean my room or do some homework.
i embarass myself.
you may or may have not noticed, depending on how often you use your friends page, that i have updated my journal format. a little. it's slightly less boring, but i'm not so sure i'm crazy about the splash of orange.
in other news, today at 4:30 i'm going to goedecks, which is a flooring/cabinet/rug/all-things-decorative store. however, for whatever reason, this is where the town's girl scout cookies are being delivered. i'm going to unload the entire town of bedford's girl scout cookies. we'll be breaking down the pallets holding the cases of cookies, and separating them into troops cookies. then the troop cookie managers come to pick them up and then we eat pizza. but no cookies.
actually i made up the pizza thing, but that'd be great. if anybody wants to donate pizza to our effort, we're right off 101 in bedford.
i do this every year, and it's a lot of lifting but it's pretty fun. usually i end up taking charge, if you could even imagine that.

wow i love using cuts. it's probably reaching an unhealthy level. hmm what else can i talk about.

The Who, any of them; the second Norah Jones CD; and.. a Zeppelin CD that i forget the name of.

Nightswimming - REM; Killer Queen - Queen; Piano Man - Billy Joel; All the Small Things - Blink 182; and uh... Grandma's Feather Bed - John Denver. don't tell anyone. and basically every They Might Be Giants song ever written. i'm such a closet fan of TMBG. Istanbul, Not Constantinople; Dinner Bell; Birdhouse in Your Soul; Doctor Worm... okay so that was more than 5.
5) What do you like most about music?
There are so many types that anybody can find some that they like. also, i think that music lets me think about myself and my life. it's so awesome when a certain song reminds you of something about yourself, or it reminds you of someone else. and people can connect through music, i really believe that. and it doesn't have to be contemporary, i'm a huge fan of classical music.

well that was fun. i think i'll go put on warm clothes and lift boxes of cookies for a few hours.
