David Cameron takes office as the UK's new Prime Minister. Promising a 'full and proper' coalition with the Liberal Democrats.
Just for the record - the last Coalition government we had in the UK lasted from Feb 1974 to October that same year (yes, I was born under a Coalition Govt!). Lets see how long *this* one lasts.

In other news - my youngest sister had to go into hospital last week. She's out now - after being told that she had something that is so damn rare (Viral Arthritis) that there is nearly nothing about it even on the subject dbases I can access (Librarian here!). Thankfully it's something that can be cured with anti-inflammatories... but she hasn't quite forgiven the fact that she was a guinea pig for half the damn medical staff!
Unfortunately, the Mummymonster is suffering because of it. Her arthritis means that she has to take immuno-suppressant drugs. Where's the last place you should go if you have a compromised immune system? That's right *hospital*!
On the plus side - her condition is as under control as it can get... until someone cures it that is. Which is good.

I really need to talk more about movies. Until I do again, I want to share this:
A-Team Character featurettes For those of you who are old enough to remember the TV show - I can see you all backing away slooowly - give it a chance. If nothing else, watch the first one and if Liam Neeson (who is *quite* the silver fox in this!) saying that immortal line doesn't convince you then... At least I tried.
Oh, and I recommend the fourth one to anyone who loved District 9 last year. Shalto Copley is James 'Howlin' Mad' Murdoch. Not much more you can say to that.... Other than damn football (the film opens in the US in mid-June, the UK - end of July)

So that's me - how are
you?
