i took this picture probably five years ago? six? it's been a while. i can't believe the sky was ever that color.
tonight a bunch of people came over to watch RENT projected on sheets across my living room windows. we might make it a weekly or monthly thing; movies in general, not just musicals. i say that because i'm thinking about whether i should take the sheets down or not, and i'm thinking not. i watched that movie, then i watched the most horrible movie that made me sob at the end. who could do that to ellen page? there was no singing.
i think i'd like to trade in my guitar for an acoustic. also cut my hair off, but i go back and forth on that one almost daily.
no matter how many really cute cat toys i get, all these kids want is those six for a dollar furry catnip mice that consistently look like dead mice in the bed and scare me in the morning.
also i've decided that in light of other peoples' recent experiences i'm going to try to be more direct. watch out!
i'm pretty exhausted tonight and can't sleep. that's normal lately.
