16 days until Leadville
I leave for Leadville, Colorado in 16 days. I'm going to Colorado Mountain College to study Ski Area Operations. It'll be interesting-- I found out after I signed up for th eprogram that it is a lot of mechanical stuff-- and I'm not very mechanical, and I'm not exactly interested in mechanical things.
There is a 1:10 girls:guys ration, which I am rather excited about.
The campus is within an hour's drive of a dozen ski areas, which is AWESOME. I really only have classes 2 days a week, so I will definately be shredding 5 days a week.
I really need to get some motivation to pack. So far I have a bunch of notebooks, a couple shirts, and a pair of slippers. I'm pretty sure a couple shirts and a pair of slippers is not adequate clothing, especially since I'll be at 11,000 feet so there will be a LOT of snow.
