Tommorow I'm going to the pain clinic. Am rather nervous about it. The journey will take ages cos I'm not able to cope with the entire journey at once, it is likely at least one will be in the company of school kids - oh the joy. I'm not expecting anything from it. I'm going because it offers me a chance for pain management, and God knows some management of what's going on with me would be a good thing, but I am being wise about this appointment and expecting nothing from it.

Not much else is going on really. Went to appointment. CPN was annoyed to say the least about my reaction to cousins death and not impressed aout other stuff either, am going back next week.
Am looking at possible ways to use up all this time I now have but not really getting very far. Possibly doing part-time distance learning study but who knows.
Oh and I got my benefits agreed. No idea how that happened!!!!! Considering all the faffing around with the forms. Honestly, filling them in over the phone is supposed to make it easier to claim, does it heck as like.
I want to mention that the bishop has resigned. No energy to write a lot (though I do intend to write to him) I just wanted to record somewhere that he has been really supportive of me during various problems over the past two years (excluding current ones obviously!) and I happen to think he's a decent bloke.
Bank holiday weekend this weekend. Wonder who'll be visiting Aber from the courses (usually some people turn up for the weekend).
