(no subject)
It's been a fun weekend so far. Friday night Nick and I went to Winston and saw "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" with some friends. It was a really good movie and really scary! Especially the part where......jk, I won't say for those of you who haven't seen it. It would have been even better if every freakin 'teeny bopper' would have shut up, turned off their cell phone, and didn't keep getting up through out the whole movie. Allyson and I were talking about when we were in high school and went to the movies. I wore jeans and some kind of shirt. I don't think I ever wore a sequined key-hole tube top and a skirt. I don't know, maybe it's just me. Afterwards we all went to Andrew's place and drank beer and played darts. Talk about karma! We were playing 501 and 301. Nick and I were on a team and we had to double out on a double 1. I'd aim and throw and hit 20 or something which means I'd bust. Then I'd do what I call a "pissy throw." It's when I'm pissed off and don't aim but use all my strength. THREE TIMES after I had busted I'd pissy throw and hit the double 1. Without aiming! My friends were laughing at me so hard. Nick and I didn't get home till after 3 in the morning so we were pretty tired.
Saturday I slept and slept and slept. I guess I was really tired. And I woke up to the smell of waffles. My baby had fixed me breakfast. Aww, thank you baby!
Amber called and she and I decided to go to the grocery store together to save gas. That girl is so funny. We were in the soda isle and I mentioned how I wondered if there was anything else they could mix with soda. We have cherry coke, vanilla coke, coke with lemon, and coke with lime. Amber was like, "I can think of something else they could mix with coke.... VODKA!" Lol...she is so funny.
Saturday night Christina and Floyd came over and we drank and chilled and played with the dogs...all FOUR of them. Then before I fell asleep I crawled in bed with Nick, a glass of wine, and the book I'm reading. *sigh*
It's been beautiful here and in the low 90's but I know that won't last. This whole week it's supossed to rain because of Hurricane Ophelia. I know it's only a cat. 1 right now but I'm a little worried about my family. My parents live in Atlantic Beach and haven't been in their new house for a whole month now. I'd hate for it get any kind of damage already. They do live a little bit more inland then they used to. Before all I'd have to do is cross the street and I'd be on the beach. I also hope their new boat will be ok in the marina. Since I got hurt on their old boat they got a new one in July and again I'd feel really bad for them if that got damaged too.
By the way I don't want to go to sleep...ever again. I have the most weird f***** up dreams that make no sense. No sleep for me
