(no subject)
cotillion really wasnt all it was hyped up for
before:
my date is late to pick me up.. understandable because he got lost.
took quick picture at my house
then got in one group picture at saras and left
during:
socializing and complimenting peoples dresses in the beginning,
take some pictures walk around wondering where my date is, and feeling awkward
waiting in line for a picture forever and missing dancing,
first slow song sharona takes my date away from me and sits with him
more dancing but i find my date sitting at the table with ericas date not at all wanting to get up
even when i ask him to dance he says no
i finally get to dance with someone i wanted to all night :)
my date is playing with his phone and sitting at the table
later notice both ericas date and my date left without saying goodbye
after:
kyle cron drove me home, im not invited to any parties so its 11:45, and im sitting at home writing this
good things: i got my nails/toes and hair done today. i felt really pretty and my date was cute too which means good pictures, kyle cron was really nice to me and drove me home since my date was my ride, and he danced with me too, and i danced with someone else that i really wanted to
bad things: my date was a jerk, i didnt dance that much, i paid for all my dates things without him even offering, im not at an after party right now, i dont have any pics from before on my camera
i feel like i only asked my date because i was desperate and i regret it.
but the good outweighs the bad and i dont think i let my date ruin my night as much as he could have
