I was thinking (before I even read this hypertension inducing post) that I would like to see a collection of mean spirited, rage inducing things democrats have said to help me keep balance. Obviously though it's easier to be gracious when you win.
Part of what I also don't love about some conservatives is that they seem to want to punish, remove, or marginalize anyone different. I mean I think Rodney King actually said it well, "Can we all get along?" This is stuff taught in kindergarten. So what if someone else is gay, or has an abortion, or gets an odd haircut, or likes smooth peanut butter better than crunchy, or or or or... You live your life how you think you should and everyone else can do the same. Trying to make others live their life how you think they should is mean, futile, and megalomaniacal.
Ok, now I need to go do something that will reduce my skyrocketing blood pressure.
