Hallowe'en!

So I'm in a much better headspace today than two days ago. Yesterday, I went to Bayeux with Christie, a Scottish assistant, to see that famous tapestry, you know the one, which was amazing to see in person. Today, we're having a slow day, doing a bit of shopping, maybe going to see a scary movie at the theatre (Tin Tin, anyone?? :D ), then probably going to the little carnival on the Seine to go into some of the scary "haunted house" rides.

This is also the first year that I'm not in Canada to celebrate Hallowe'en. It's not really something that's done in France, except in chocolate shops. Christie misses it, too, as they also do Hallowe'en in Scotland. I'm missing out on Spooktacular at Fort Edmonton, too! ;_; I'll probably watch a bit of the Nightmare Before Christmas, too.
