Alright so it is 7 pm and I am so far at 425 calories for the day. I am about to snack on my sesame rye crisps and then go work out. Yah I am a failure. I didnt go earlier because...doesnt matter why not. I just didnt go. So that means 2 hours tonight. Grr. america's next top model was my trigger :) i'm currently on my 3rd day of a water only fast, also been taking a glucose energy tablet each day and my multivitamins! only other thing i need to remember to take is calcium supplements so i don't go breaking bones :) wish me luck, hope i can help you out when you need encouragement too xxx

probably 7 days, might go to 14 depending on how well i do and how much weight comes off :) i need a little bump start to get me closer to my goal, i'm a lot bigger than i'd like to be :(

current-182 (again, i think, i don't like weighing myself much!)

long term-125 and beyond
bmi-27.5
