How do you feel about blush? Is it an every day deal for you, or is it situational? Can you tell when someone didn't bother with blush, and does it make them look "unfinished

i only wear blush for special occasions or if i'm going out. i don't think not wearing blush makes someone look unfinished. i can almost always tells when someone is wearing blush.
have you tried orgasm from nars? it looks great on most people. it's expensive but it's really pigmented and lasts forever.

Admittedly I've looked at it, but I haven't tried it. I was kind of scared off after hearing that it made for an awesome red eyeshadow.

it's definitely not red. it's pink. i have similar skin color to you, but with red undertones, and it looks great on me.
