Scar Help
I recently had surgery on my ankle and have three big incisions on my ankle where they stapled me back together.
Question is: I know Vitamin E is supposed to help reduce scars.
However, I have a friend who had the same surgery and besides just the scarring on the skin, it all bulges out, due to scar tissue I'm guessing?
Is there anyway to reduce that?
And how effective is the Vitamin E in reducing scarring?
