(no subject)
So I've been using a box of Clairol Root Touch-up for about six months by evenly distributing amounts of the the permanent color creme and the color activating lotion. However, there is a lot more of the color creme than the lotion, so is there a substitute for the lotion? I would buy a new box but I haven't seen another once in any drugstore since then. There isn't even a spot for the blonde boxes to go on the store shelves. :/ Thanks in advance!
