how in the hell do you get these buggers off?!

i got these done because my best friend got hers done for prom and didn't want to get them alone. i've never had them before. while they're nice and pretty, they're very annoying. i'm only going to keep them a little longer since they're beginning to get in the way hahaha.

how do you ladies get these damn things off?
