My usual eye makeup had always been just a thick black line on the top lash line, but I´m starting to diversify these days.
I´m pale, with blue eyes, so I bought a gray eyeliner. I have eyeshadow too- some cream colors to use during the day, and some plum or dark gray to use in the evening. My question is- should I put on the eyeshadow and then the liner on top of it, or vice versa? ...any tips?
